1)Ever year at least 30 to 50 classroom desks are being damaged due to irresponsible behaviour towards school property . how could this problem be tackled

No I don't think the solution will be effective enough as many people don't respect the school properties even if we do anything so the only way is that the school should make the children pay for the damage he/she has done and then maybe it will be somewhat a less problem. While we do this, we should also consider that we(The school staff or any worker for instance) ourselves are not misusing the school properties.
