• Foreign employment helps a person to learn new skills as each country has their own set of attributes.
• International relations are build upon job opportunities. Foreign employment allows countries to mend broken relations.
• Each country has their unique technologies. Foreign employment provides workers the opportunity to learn new technological skills.
• Foreign employment is a way by which the burden of an under developed or developing country is reduced as people might seek job in other countries.
