Balanced diet is a planned food schedule which includes all the nutrients and vitamin important for a body. It mainly includes vegetables, fruits and salad.
It is different from a normal diet because mainly it is not planned and does not contain all components in required quantity. Mainly it is decided according to our taste or will.
