Memory of the Computer is divided into -

  • Primary Memory : also known as the Main Memory, is the area stored in the Computer in which data is stored for Quick Access by the Computer's Processor.

  • Secondary Memory : It refers to the Secondary Storage devices which are capable of storing High Volume Data.
