Explanation:

Accounts written by scholars about kingdoms, their courtiers and living conditions of common people were called court chronicles. Chronicles were basically detailed and registered court accounts in continuous manner through a particular order of time.

2) With the advent of muslims no new types of foods were introduced. They used to eat the same food which all people of other religions ate.

However there was a slight difference in its taste or recipe but no new type of dishes were introduced.

Cereals was the most important staple in the early Middle Ages as rice was not introduced then.

Potato was only introduced in 1536. Barley, oat and rye were the common staples eaten by the poor.
