It has helped the managers by studying cultural dimensions of  performance and humane orientation

• The project has distinguished between societal and hierarchical collectivism to describe the aspects of individualism and collectivism.
• Performance orientation, or the degree to which performance is valued and accomplishment, and humane orientation, the extent to which justice, altruism, and caring, are valued are two cultural dimensions specific to the project.
• It helps everyone to understand how various leaders function, how diverse organisations communicate, and how all of this is influenced by the society in which they operate.
