1the cells having nuclear material without nuclear membrane are termed as prokaryotic cells eg: bacteria and blue green algae

the cells having well organised nucleus with nuclear membrane are called eukaryotic cells

cytoplasm is a jelly like substance present between the cell membrane and the nucleus various other components or organelles are present in it these are mitochondria,Golgi bodies, ribosomes etc

80percent part of a cell is cytoplasm
