1.The fundamental rights are importance because they provide the citizens of a country with human dignity and development of personality of every individual. They guarantee civil liberties in order to sustain peace and harmony among the citizens of a nation.

2.Freedom of religion or religious liberty is a principle that supports the freedom of an individual or community, in public or private, to manifest religion or belief in teaching, practice, worship, and observance. ... Freedom of religion is considered by many people and most of the nations to be a fundamental human right

3.The constitution guarantees the right to constitutional remedies, if any of the fundamental rights is violated. In such cases, citizens of India have the right to go to the court, if they feel that their fundamental rights are violated. The court defends the citizen's rights except during emergency when a person's fundamental rights can be suspended.

4.1- The Minimum Wages Act (1948), Child Labour Prohibition and Regulation Act (1986) etc seeks to protect the interests of the workers.

2- The Maternity Benefit Act (1961) and Equal Reneration Act (1976) have been implemented to protect the interests of women workers.
