1. Transpiration pull is the force which aids in drawing water upwards from roots to leaves.

Urethra is the tube that leads from the bladder and transports and discharges urine travels through the penis and carries semen as well as urine.

2. The continuous flow of water in root xylem due to the transpiration pull. The water which is lost through the stomata is replaced by xylem vessel. The ion concentration increases inside the roots and hence osmotic pressure increases the movement of the water from soil into root which occurs continuously.

3. Xylem is a water conducting tissue in plants. If the xylem of the plant is removed, upward movement of water will stop leading to wilting of leaves and ultimately causes the death of a plant.
