Solution :-

(a)

Given expression is 2x-8

=(2×x)-(2×4)

= 2(x-4)

Therefore, 2x-8 = 2(x-4)

--------------------------------------------------------

(b)

Given expression is 2x²-xy

=(2×x×x)-(x×y)

= x(2x-y)

Therefore, 2x²-xy = x(2x-y)

-------------------------------------------------------

(c)

Given expression is 3y²-18y

=(3×y×y)-(3×6×y)

= 3×y(y-6)

= 3y(y-6)

Therefore, 3y²-18y = 3y(y-6)

------------------------------------------------------

(d)

Given expression is a²b-ab²

=(a×a×b)-(a×b×b)

= (a×b)(a-b)

= ab(a-b)

Therefore, b-ab² = ab(a-b)

-----------------------------------------------------

(e)

Given expression is 15z²x -6zx

=(3×5×z×z×x)-(3×2×z×x)

= (3×z×x)(5×z-2)

= 3zx (5z -2)

Therefore, 15z²x-6zx = 3zx ( 5z-2)

-----------------------------------------------------
