1: yes fertilization is possible in middle of menstural cycle (14th day of menstural cycle)
2: if the egg is not fertilized then it comes out through urether by breaking the endometrium wall these leads to menses

hahern44: The endometrium is shed from the vagina not the urethral opening
Mswathi2918: No dear
Mswathi2918: Vagina is the external genital organ
Mswathi2918: Only the uterus have the endometrium
hahern44: The endometrium is the thickening of the lining of the womb (uterus) it is shed each month out of the vagina not urethral opening. Urine is the only thing expelled from the urethral opening.
Mswathi2918: Yes dear im also saying that only but i have typed wrong one

1) A woman has an average cycle of 28 days. At around day 14 she will ovulate (release an egg) and if the egg is fertilised should may become pregnant.

2) If an egg is fertilised it will implant in the thickened lining of the uterus and will grow into a fetid, if an egg is not fertilised it will not implant and around the 28th day of her cycle the thickened lining (endometrium) will shed and leave the body via the vagina as a period (menstruation)

Hope this helped
