1. Bryophyllum
- Bryophylum has buds on the edge of it's leaves. When these leaves fall down, the detached buds will start growing separately which is termed as Reproduction.
2. Bud
- Organisms such as Hydra and yeast use regenerative cells for reproduction in the process of budding. The small bulb like projection coming out from the yeast call is called a bud.
3. Xylem
- In plants, minerals and water are transported through the xylem cells from the soil to leaves. The roots cells of xylem obtains ions from soil and creates a difference in the concentration of ions between the roots and soil.
4. RBC (Red Blood Corpuscles)
- Hemoglobin is the iron rich pigment present in RBC(Red Blood Corpuscles) which gives red colour to the blood.
5. Trachea
- Air enters the respiratory system through a series of external openings called Spiracle in insects. These external openings acts as a muscular valves in insects that lead the internal respiratory system and a densely networked array of tubes called trachea.
