Sum of zeroes :

3 +  \sqrt{2}  + 3 -  \sqrt{2}  = 6

Product of zeroes :

(3 +  \sqrt{2} )(3 -  \sqrt{2} ) = 7

Polynomial = x^2 - 6x + 7
