 \frac{11}{60}

Step-by-step explanation:

 \frac{1}{2} ( \frac{1}{6}  +  \frac{1}{5} ) \\  =  >  \frac{1}{2} ( \frac{5 + 6}{30} ) \\  =  >  \frac{1}{2}  \times  \frac{11}{30}  \\  =  >  \frac{11}{60}

hope it helps... :)

Answer:

We need the LCM of 65 i.e. 6 x 5 = 30.

Next,(for 1/6) 1 x5=5 and 6 x 5 =30 that is 5/30 .

Then,(for 1/5) 1 x 6=6 and 5 x 6=30 that is 6/30.There is no rational numbers between 5/30 and 6/30.

So we have to multiply both the resultant numbers with 10 ,then it comes- (5x10 / 30x10)=50/300 and (6x10 / 30x10)= 60/300.

Therefore the five rational numbers between 50/300 and 60/300 are -51/300 , 52/300, 53/300, 54/300 , 55/300.
