Calculations:-

CSA of cone = $\pi$ rl

r = radius

l = slant height

Here,

We don't know the l value.

$l = \sqrt{ {r}^{2} + {h}^{2} }$

$l = \sqrt{ {7}^{2} + {10}^{2} }$

$l = \sqrt{ {17}^{2} }$

Here ,

square and root gets cancel.

So,

L = 17.

Now,

CSA of cone = 22/7×7×17

CSA of cone is 374
