1.FIND L.S.A,T, S.A, VOLUME OF A
CUBOID WHOSE LENGTH,BREADTH &
HEIGHT ARE 6CMx2.5CMX15CM.

GIVEN :-

  • Length of cuboid ( l ) = 6 cm
  • Breadth of cuboid ( b ) = 2.5 cm
  • Height of cuboid ( h ) = 15 cm

TO FIND :-

  • L.S.A of the cuboid
  • T.S.A of the cuboid
  • Volume of the cuboid

SOLUTION :-

\bullet\sf \ L.S.A \ of \ the \ cuboid = 2h(l+b)

                            = \sf 2\times 15(6+2.5)\\\\=30\times 8.5 \\\\= \bf 255 \ cm^2

\bullet\sf \ T.S.A \ of \ the \  cuboid = 2(lb+bh+lb)

                             = \sf 2((6\times 2.5)+(2.5\times 15)+(6\times 15 )\\\\= 2(15+37.5+90)\\\\= 2\times 142.5\\\\= \bf 285 \ cm^2

\bullet\sf \  Volume \ of \ the \ cuboid = lbh

                                    =\sf 6\times 2.5 \times 15 \\\\=\bf 225 \  cm^3
