ans is 120
the other diagonal is of 10 cms.
now use formula 1/2(diagonal1*diagonal2)=120
hope it helps

Given that : Side = a = 13 cm and Diagonal = p = 24cm

As we know that : Area of rhombus = p.q/2

( p and q are diagonals of rhombus )

As we know that : a = p²+/2 , here q = second diagonal

=> = 4a²-p² => q = 4a²-p²

Now, Area of rhombus :

 \frac{1}{2} p \sqrt{4 {a}^{2}  -  {p}^{2} }  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{1}{2}  \times 24 \times  \sqrt{4 \times 13 \times 13 - 24 \times 24}  \\  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{1}{2}  \times 24 \times \sqrt{676 - 576}  \\  \\  =  >  \frac{1}{2}  \times 24 \times  \sqrt{100}  =  \frac{1}{2}  \times 24 \times 10 \\  \\  =  > 120

So, the area of rhombus will be 120 cm²
