Answer :

  • Area of the parallelogram = 507cm²
  • Area of the parallelogram = 480cm²

Given :

  • Base = 65cm and Height = 7.8cm
  • Base = 6.4 cm and Height = 75cm

To find :

  • Area of the parallelogram

Solution :

(1) Base = 65cm and Height = 7.8cm

  • Base = 65cm
  • Height = 7.8cm

We know that

  • Area of parallelogram = b × h

Where ,

  • b is base of parallelogram
  • h is height of parallelogram

》Area of the parallelogram = b × h

》Area of the parallelogram = 65 × 7.8

》Area of the parallelogram = 507cm²

Area of the parallelogram is 507cm²

(2) Base = 6.4cm and Height is 75cm

  • Base = 6.4cm
  • Height = 75cm

We know that

  • Area of the parallelogram = b × h

Where ,

  • b is base of parallelogram
  • h is height of parallelogram

》Area of the parallelogram = b × h

》Area of the parallelogram = 6.4 × 75

》Area of the parallelogram = 480cm²

Area of the parallelogram is 480cm²

Hence,

  • Area of the parallelogram = 507cm²
  • Area of the parallelogram = 480cm²

Given : A parallelogram whose base is 7.8 cm and height is 6.5 cm.

To Find : Area of the Parallelogram

Solution:

Area of a parallelogram = Base * height

Base =65 cm

Height = 7.8 cm

Area = 7.8  * 65

= 78 * 65 /10

= 78 * 13/ 2

= 1014/2

= 507 cm²

Area of the parallelogram is 507  cm²

base = 6.4 m and height = 75 cm

75 cm = 0.75 cm

Area = 6.4 * 0.75   =  4.8  cm²
