very simple..

Parabola:    y² = 18 x
P(h , k) be the point such that  ordinate k = 3 * abscissa h
so   k = 3 h
P Lies on Parabola:    k² = 18 h
                                    9 h² = 18 h
                                     => h = 0 or  h = 2
                                    =>  k = 0 or  6

Answer:   (0, 0)  or  (2, 6)
