\Large\pink\pmb{1.~LCM~of~12~and~18}

:⇒ 12 = 2 × 2 × 3

:⇒ 18 = 2 × 3 × 3

ie,

LCM = 2 × 2 × 3 × 3

        = 36

\Large\pink\pmb{2.~LCM~of~24~and~90}

:⇒ 24 = 2 × 2 × 2 × 3

:⇒ 90 = 2 × 3 × 3 × 5

ie,

LCM = 2 × 2 × 2 × 3 × 3 × 5

        = 360

\Large\pink\pmb{3.~LCM~of~40,~48~and~45}

:⇒ 40 = 2 × 2 × 2 × 5

:⇒ 48 = 2 × 2 × 2 × 2 × 3

:⇒ 45 = 3 × 3 × 5

ie,

LCM = 2 × 2 × 2 × 2 × 3 × 3 × 5

       = 720

\Large\pink\pmb{4.~LCM~of~20,~25~and~30}

:⇒ 20 = 2 × 2 × 5

:⇒ 25 = 5 × 5

:⇒ 30 = 2 × 3 × 5

ie,

LCM = 2 × 2 × 3 × 5 × 5

       = 300
