Answer :

  • Length of rectangle is 24m

Given :

  • Area of rectangle = 552m²
  • breadth of rectangle is 23m

To find :

  • length

Solution :

Given that, Area of rectangle is 552m² and breadth is 23m.so we have to use the area of rectangle then we get length of rectangle

As we know that :

  • Area of rectangle = l × b

here ,

  • Area of rectangle = 552m
  • Breadth of rectangle = 23m
  • Length of rectangle = ?

➙ Area of rectangle = l × b

➙ 552 = l × 23

➙ l = 552/23

➙ l = 24m

Hence, length is 24m

More Explanation:

  • Perimeter of rectangle (p) = 2(l + b)
  • Area of rectangle (A) = lb
  • Diagonal of rectangle (d) = l² + b²
  • where l is length , b is breadth , p is perimeter, d is Diagonal

Step-by-step explanation:

AREA (A) = 552 sq.m

BREADTH=23m

THEREFORE, LENGTH=

 \frac{552}{23} m

 = 24m

SO LENGTH OF THE RECTANGLE IS 24m.

HOPE IT HELPS..
