So,
Median = (n+1)/2 th observation
=(15+1)/2 th observation
=16/2 th observation
=8 th observation

Median = [(n/2)th term + (n/2 + 1)th term] / 2
= (25th term + 26 term) /2
= (24 + 25) /2
= 49/2
= 24.5
