(a) 25 cm

(b) 27 cm

(c) 18 cm

(d) 12 cm

Step-by-step explanation:

(a) A scalene triangle with 7m,8m and 10m.

perimeter of a triangle = sum of all sides

= 7+8+10

= 25 cm

(b)  An isosceles triangle with equal sides 10 cm each and third side is 7cm.

perimeter = 10 +10+7

= 27 cm

(c) An equilateral triangle with side 6cm

perimeter = 6+6+6 = 18 cm

(d)  A square park has 40 cm as its perimeter and whose two sides are 13cm and 15cm, find the third.

let the third side be x

perimeter = 13+ 15 +x

40 = 28 +x

x = 40-28

x = 12

hence , the third side is 12 cm
