(2a^{2} + 3 b)(2 {a}^{2}  + 3b) \\  =  {(2a^{2}  + 3b)}^{2}  \\

:.

(a + b)^{2}  \:   = \: a^{2}  \ +  b^{2}  + 2ab \\  \\  \\  \\so. \:  \:  \:  \:  (2a^{2} )^{2}  + (3b )^{2}  + 2 \times 2a  \times  3b \\  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \:  \: =  4a^{4}  + 9b^{2}  + 12ab
