let \:  \:  \alpha   \:  \:  \: and \:  \:  \:  \beta  \:  \:  \:  \: be \: the  \:  \: zeroes \\  \\  \alpha  =  - 3 \:  \:  \:  \beta  = 4

Now for quadratic equation we have

x^2- (sum of zeroes) x + (product of zeroes)=0

 {x}^{2}  - x  - 12 = 0

This is the required quadratic equation
