Answer:

If α β be the zeros of the quadratic polynomial,

as given sum of it's zeros 5 and product of it's zeros 1

then α+β=5 and αβ= 1

(x−α)(x−β) is the quadratic polynomial.

=>x²−αx−βx+αβ

=>x²−(α+β)x+αβ

=>x²−5x+(1)

=>x²−5x+1

Therefore quadratic polynomial is x²−5x+1

3.

x²−2x+2=0

& 5x²−10x+5=0

(both have roots 1,1)
