ANGULAR SPEED OF HOUR HAND=2PIE/720 AS IT COMPLETES ONE REVOLUTION IN 720 MINUTES.
ANGULAR SPEED OF MINUTE HAND=2PIE/60 AS IT COMPLETES ONE REVOLUTION IN 60 MINUTES.
THEREFORE THE RATIO WILL BE= MINUTE HAND = 2PIE/60 = 12:1
HOUR HAND 2PIE/720
