Answer:

a) 3cm = 3cm

   4m=  400 cm             (converting both into same units)

   3cm : 400cm

Since, they are not divisible any more, ratio = 3: 400.

b) 9g= 9g

   2kg= 2000g                  (converting both into same units)

    9g : 2000g

Since, they are not divisible any more, ratio = 9:2000.

c) 11 minutes = 11 minutes

   3 hrs=  60*3= 180 minutes

   11 minutes: 180 minutes

Since, they are not divisible any more, ratio = 11:180.

d) 3.7 metres: 5.6 metres

   Removing decimal from both the sides,

  37m=56m

Since, they are not divisible any more, ratio = 37:56.

Hope it helps!!

Step-by-step explanation:

a:- 1m=100cm

4m=400cm

thus,

3cm:400cm

i.e., 3/400cm

b.:- 1kg-1000g

2kg=2000g

thus,

9g:2000g

i.e., 9/2000g

c.:-1hr=60min

3hr=3*60=180min

thus,

11min:180min

11/180min

d.:-37/10:56/10

wherebe,

10 gets cancel by 10

nd we only left wid

37:56m
