-4/12                -8/12

so,three rational numbers between -1/3 and -2/3 are -5/12 , -6/12 , -7/12.........

We will multiply the denominators by 10

ie. -1/3 * 10/10 = -10/30  ;  -2/3 * 10/10 = -20/30

so rational number between -10/30 and -20/30

=>> -11/30 , -12/30 , -13/30 , -14/30 and so on...
