Solution

Formula used:-

  • TSA of a cube = 6a²

(i) Side = 3cm

→ TSA = 6 × (3)²

→ TSA = 6 × 9

TSA = 54cm²

(ii) Side = 5cm

→ TSA = 6 × (5)²

→ TSA = 6 × 25

TSA = 150cm²

(iii) Side = 7.2m

→ TSA = 6 × (7.2)²

→ TSA = 6 × 51.84

TSA = 311.04m²

(iv) Side = 6.8m

→ TSA = 6 × (6.8)²

→ TSA = 6 × 46.24

TSA = 277.44m²

(v) Side = 5.5m

→ TSA = 6 × (5.5)²

→ TSA = 6 × 30.25

TSA = 181.5m²

Hence,

  • TSA of (i) = 54cm²
  • TSA of (ii) = 150cm²
  • TSA of (iii) = 311.04m²
  • TSA of (iv) = 277.44m²
  • TSA of (v) = 181.5m²
