1:-Find the value of x if x^2+1/x^2=51.
This is my great problem of this math while my answer is not finding appropriately.

Answer:

x²+(1/x²) = 51

We have it as

(x +(1/x))²-2=51. (we had just followed the identity)

or, (x+(1/x))²=53,

or x+(1/x)= √53..........................(1)

# (x-(1/x))²+2=51.

or, x-(1/x)= √49 (taking just the positive value)

x-(1/x)=7........................(2)

Adding 1 and 2,we have

2x=√53+ 7

x=(√53+ 7)/2.

You may take the negative values as well . You will have four different answers jn total.
