For the a part let the parallelogram be ABCD and in the same let y+40 =110°( because opposite angles of the parallelogram are of same measure) then after solving we get the ans as 70° therefore y =70°

now let's take z into consideration, if we look carefully we find that there is a trapezium being formed in the parallelogram and we know that the trapezium consists of a pair of ll sides and in this their are interior angles forming on the same side of transversal I.e AB(containing angle z and 110° )so we know the sum of the interior angles lying on the same side of the transversal is supplementary so 110°+z=180° therefore after solving we get the value of z as 70°.

Now to find x well use the same property of the interior angles as mentioned above as it also satisfies also the conditions mentioned above . So,110+x=180° , therefore the value of x =70°

Therefore x=y=z=70°
