Answer:

 \sqrt{ (x - 2) {}^{2} + (5 - ( - 3)) {}^{2}  }  =  {10}

(x - 2) {}^{2}  +  {8}^{2}  = 10 {}^{2}

(x - 2) {}^{2}  + 64 = 100

(x^{2} - 4x + 4)   = 36

 {x}^{2}  - 4x - 32 = 0

 {x}^{2}  - 8x \:  + 4x \:  - 32 = 0

x(x-8) + 4(x-8) = 0

(x-8)(x+4) = 0

x-8 = 0 or x+4 = 0

x = 8 or x = -4

If it helps,give it 5 stars marking it as the brainliest.
