1).Let one of the even nos. be x.

so, other nos. are x+2 and x+4.

we have,

• x+(x+2)+(x+4)= 186
• ⇒3x + 6 = 186

 

• ⇒ 3x = 180 

• ⇒ x = 60 

The three consecutive even nos. are,

• x= 60,
• x+2 = 62, and
• x+4 = 64
