According to condition,

5x + 2x/3 = 102

or, (15x + 2x)/3 = 102

or, 17x/3 = 102

or, 17x = 102 × 3

or, 17x = 306

or, x = 306/17

or, x = 18.

The number = x = 18

Hence, the number is 18.
