Distance of object is u=-(f+p)

1/v+1/u=1/f gives:

1/v-1/f+p=-1/f

or,1/v=-1/f+1/f+p

or,v=-(f+p)*f/p

Magnification:-v/u

=(-f+p)*p/p*(f+p)

=-f/p

so ratio of size h1 to h2 is -f/p
