Food habits of people depend upon agriculture of a place, because -

• The local agricultural products are widely available in the local markets and that's why the food habits of the local people becomes dependent on the agricultural products. For an example we can say that the India is an agricultural country and that's why the food habits of the major Indian people is vegetarian.

• For an other example, the agricultural activities of the high altitude mountain regions are very limited. And, that's why the food habits of the such regions are not dependent on the agricultural products.People of such regions are dependent on the meat products as their daily food.

• In this way ,the agricultural production of a region does affect the food habits of a region.
