Since,

1 kW = 1000 W

→ 1 W =1/1000 kW

so,
→500 W = (1/1000)×500 kW

→500 W = (500/1000)kW

→500 W =1/2 kW

→500 W = 0.5 kW

since,
we have to find it as kWh

energy consumed by a bulb in 1 hour

→energy × time
→0.5 kW × 1 hour
→0.5kWh

hence,energy consumed by 4 bulbs is ^↓^

→ 4 × energy consumed by 1 bulb

→ 4 × 0.5 kWh

→ 2.0 kWh

hence,
