We can make kadha which requires 2 cups of water, 1 inch of peeled ginger, 4-5 cloves, 5-6 black pepper, 5-6 fresh basil leaves, ½ tsp honey and 2 inch cinnamon stick and then drink it!
We can buy some fruits like apples, pineapple, mangoes and grapes. The best fruit is apple because apple is rich in vitamins and minerals. Other fruits are not have too much vitamins. Some also don't have minerals!
