differences b/w horizontal and vertical power sharing are as follow:
HORIZONTAL POWER SHARING

1. under the horizontal power sharing ,power is shared among different organs of government such as legislature,executive and judiciary.
2. under horizontal power sharing,organs of the government are placed at the same level of exercise different powers.
VERTICAL POWER SHARING
1. Under vertical power sharing, power is shared among the different level of the government.
2. under the vertical power sharing, power involves the highest and the lower level of government.
