1) give procedure to create a new folder in windows os.,2) give procedure for closing down the window os

well right click where you wanna to create folder popup window you will be seen goto new and select new folder
rightclick->new->newfolder
in cli mk dir <name of the folder>
...
ctrl+f4 in destop select shutdown
..
well personally i am linux user long time ago i use the window you can also do this in start menu too
