1. forest is important in our life because One of the problems we face in our day to day life is global warming if the trees are cut down there will be excess amount of carbon dioxide in the air which will cause global warming. other than these they also help us to make furniture, medicines etc

2. forest help us to reduce soil erosion when the heavy rains come the trees will hold the water then if the trees are cut down in a large number there won't be the water holding capacity so it causes soil erosion if trees are not cut down and forest remains we wont face such a worst situations

3. planting of trees in places of free land to increase the amount of trees and take it a forest is called afforestation.afforestation help us to decrease global warming, stop soil erosion, increase amount of oxygen which is necessary for human beings.
