(1)Density can be changed by changing either the pressure or the temperature.

(2)In the boat most of the space is taken up by air so it causes the overall density of boat to be lesser than that of water. Whereas, the density of the iron nail is more than that of water. Due to this the iron nail sinks while the boat floats on the surface of the water.

(3)We can measure the density of an irregular object by immersing it in water in a beaker or other container with volume markings, and by seeing how much the level goes up.

(5)Relative density can be measured directly by measuring the density of a sample and dividing it by the density of the reference substance.

(6)Convection currents are flowing fluid that is moving because there is a temperature or density difference within the material.
