1. How does society make a clear distinction between a girl and a boy right from a young age?
2. Why are such boys and men laughed upon in the society, who do housework or do things that are usually done by girls or women? Is this also a case of gender inequality? Explain.

Our society makes distinctions between boys and girls even while they are in growing phase. From the very early age, boys are taught to be tough and serious, while girls are taught to be mild and soft. Boys are given toys like cars, guns to play with while girls are given dolls.

Occupational health psychology promotes labor risk prevention intervening both on the organization and on the person, but also on work-family interface. It seeks the goodness-of-fit among these dimensions in order to reduce psychosocial risks on occupational health and concurrently to improve organizational efficacy. The effect of psychosocial stressors at work does not remain within the working sphere as it extends also to personal life. This permeability between family and work scopes has produced work-family conflict (WFC) to be one of the psychosocial risks receiving more attention during the past

1: Right from young age society tell boys to play with guns or cars while girls with dolls.Boys are told to be tough and never cry where girls are told to be mild and soft.

2: Yes this case is also a gender inequality as society thinks household work is woman's work not mens. When asked to do they laugh at as that is not there work. This happens because boys are told to do outside jobs while girls are told to do household work at very young age.
