It is a Romantic Comedy play which is a story of true love and good friendship.In this play good bond between Antonio and Bassanio is seen. Bassanio is a good friend of Antonio who is in need of money.He took help with Antonio where Antonio grands money from Shylock (villian of the story) with signing in a bond which says if Antanio falls toh give money back within 3 months Sylock will take flesh from Antonio's body .Then Antonio failed to give money in 3 months and Bassanio and Portia saved his life.

There is a big adventure between Venice to Belmount and this adventure was known to be comical adventure.
