The poet name the poem " A boy's song" is actually written by "James Hogg".

In the poem the poet talks about the beautification of the nature by describing the situation with a boy who is singing the song about the nature and admiring it. The boy  enjoys watching the nature and quite happy to see pools as well as the rivers. He hears the voice of the black bird just like a song. He is admiring everything with the song.

He also sees the blooming of  hawthorns . He is actually observing the nature with quite interest. Some time he see the while meadow being cleaned and other time he goes towards a bee until it reached home.

The boy is also little bit sad because the others are ignoring these things and are not enjoying it.
