Ans1. As the pressure applied to the liquid surface is increased, the energy needed for the liquid molecules to expand to gas phase also increases. Hence, a higher temperature is required to change liquid to gas phase. So, boiling point of liquid rises on increasing pressure.

Ans2. Air dissolved in water contains high percentage of oxygen because solubility of oxygen gas in water is more than nitrogen and other gases present in the air. This is due to the small size of oxygen as compared to nitrogen due to which it easily gets trapped inside the vacant space between H2O molecules.

Ans3. Steam will produce more burn than boiling water since steam has more warmth vitality than water because of its dormant warmth of vaporization. Even at the same temperature the bubbling (boiling) water produces less severe burns than steam.
