  1. Human resources are labours. They have life unlike other resources.
  2. It imparts knowledge for the person.
  3. People as resource means people are seen as productive members of society.
  4. Only if a person is healthy, he can help in human capital formation.
  5. Agriculture, production and service oriented respectively.
  6. Those which are related to money are termed as economic activities.
  7. There is inequality and gender discrimination.
  8. Disguised unemployment means when a person is skilled in one job, but due to lack of employment he might work in another job. Seasonal unemployment means they get job only in certain seasons like summer or winter
  9. They are potential but are not employed. this affects GDP to greater extent.
