the mass of an object is measured the amount of matter is contain
the weight of an object is the measure of the force exerted by the gravity. the pull of gravity on the earth gives an acceleration is about 9.8 m/s.

1. MASS is a measure of the content in a body, while, weight is the mass of that body along with the g force acting on its. SO, that's how they are related to each other.
2. g is the acceleration due to gravity which acts only on earth while G is a constant , it acts in the whole universe.
