1. It would be mostly like us maybe you find alien who's face is same as yours. The technology will be advanced in some planets and some planets maybe have lower technology than us.

Because we know the USA and Russian government doesn't tell us about that they are keeping secrets from many years . You know Area 51 and many other places, and why they are restricted to common people because they are hiding many things( You know what I mean from many things ).
